Quality Control
To ensure that the structure/complete facility is constructed in compliance with the design, drawings, sans standards. We also ensure that the quality of the material used for construction is of the required standard. We inspect and approve all samples of fittings such as doors, windows, sanware, lights, etc. Included in our duties is the inspection and approval of all mechanical equipment, ie aircon, chiller plants, back-up gensets, etc. Our inspection and reports start at the design stage and will only end at the final delivery of the project to the client.
Construction Safety
We are able to establish a complete safety management plan for the client and contractor specifically for the project. Included in the safety management plan are monthly audits, weekly inspections, safety training as and when required and safety inductions. We train our own safety officials to international standards.
